I don't know about you, but if my friend had once come up to me, telling me that they had an idea where they charge people 2,000 shillings to attend a BYOB(Bring Your Own Bottle), I would have laughed squarely in their face, spraying whatever liquid I was ingesting all over them.

Yesterday i got a call from a very good friend; the beautiful Linda Naisalei. She told me to check my DM. I didn't. Had no credit and the shops are too far.

Blankets And Wine Venue Changed

Starting next month(February) Blankets and Wine will no longer be held at the Mamba Village's Leisure Grounds. It will now be hosted at the Carnivore Grounds. The leading act for Blankets and Wine XLI will be renowned South African house group Mi Casa, who are well known for their smash hit "Heaven Sent" amongst others:

The first edition of the monthly Blankets and Wine event this year went down last Sunday (6th January) and it might just as well go down as the most attended edition. At-least as far as I can remember.

He is recognised as the super producer, super DJ and super MC across East Africa. Madtraxx has done all that needs to be done in the music industry.

It is here yet again. Another edition of the ever epic monthly Blankets and Wine. So far, there is no picnic-themed concert that has over taken this one. Not by along shot.

When you think about Kenya's premier monthly musical bonanza Blankets& Wine, what comes to mind?

Here is a note from Boniface Mwalii from Communications & PR of Muthoni Music Entertainment Ltd.:

It was yet another lovely edition of the legendary Blankets and Wine event that has everybody coming out in their shades, dressed to impress, wine in hand, and 'shuka' on grass. This is one of the most laid back and exciting monthly events that we have.

This month's Blankets and Wine event at the Mamba Village was as graceful as all its other editions. Full of colour, vibrant people, sweet wine and of-course, best of all, good, live band music.
