The songstress' unique sound comes from drawing inspiration from varied artistes such as Freshly Ground, Judith Sephuma and Eric Wainaina among others. She has previously performed at Kinanda Festival, Safaricom Live-Nairobi finalist 2011, Kwani Open Mic among others shows and events. Earlier this year, Ziki who is also a poet performed at the Vagina Monologues together with Kirigo Ng'arua, Denise Gordon and Nice Githinji among others.
The event takes place at Choices Bar & Restaurant on Baricho Road between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. Artistes who have previously performed at Thursday Nite Live include Sauti Sol, Abbi, Makadem, Yunasi, Eric Wainaina, Winyo and Stan among others.
