"Customers must make a booking confirming the movie and time then send payment by MPESA against the booking. Once payment is received by IMAX and a ticket is issued, it is neither refundable nor transferable.
There will be no refunds or transaction reversal once a ticket is issued. Please note that transaction code sent via text does not serve as "confirmation" of ticket issue. This should be confirmed by customer after payment through our ticket Booking phone lines: 0737- 558802 / 0737-558785 between 10am. and 10pm.
Customers must produce ID/Passport as proof of Identity together with the transaction code given by MPESA.
Erroneous payments will take a period of 48 hours to be reversed. Erroneous payments must be communicated within 72 hours to either of the following numbers 0737- 558802 / 0737-558785 between 10am. and 10pm.
While IMAX Kenya endeavors to provide convenient payment options to our customers we shall not be held liable for any losses owing to delays or network related failures experienced by the money transfer service provider. It should also be understood that Safaricom is providing the Payment platform on Mpesa method of fund transmission but it is not involved in any way in the operations of IMAX Kenya (ARFA AFRA LTD), therefore all queries related to the following shall be addressed to IMAX Kenya (ARFA AFRA LTD) directly.
i. Any refund of money related to erroneous payment to IMAX Kenya (ARFA AFRA LTD).
ii. Allocation of funds for Cinematic Features at IMAX KENYA Theater (XX Century Building, Mama Ngina Street, Nairobi)
iii. Issuance of receipts for services paid for."
