Kenyan thespian Ian Mbugua has been terrorizing Tusker Project Fame contestants for quite the long while now, and it would be fascinating to see this media personality's humble beginnings.
In this 1992 clip of 'Changing Generations', Mr. Mbugua can be seen singing and dancing, albeit to a catchy tune and a positive message, alongside another young man (at the time).
