The 5 contestants who are up for probation in the second week of the Tusker Project Fame 5 Competition will be meeting, and greeting, the public later today as they seek to drum up support for votes which would keep them in the Tusker Academy as well as in contention for the Kshs. 5 million grand prize.

Sharon Nahkioga, Imani Lissu, Mer Ayang', Allan Sekiranda and Doreen Nyawira will be at Tacos Club on Kimathi Street today, 13th June 2012 from 5.00pm-7.00pm where they will also be asking the public to vote for them to stay in TPF5.

The 'Meet and Greet the TPF5 Probation Contestants' event will take place every Wednesday evening at select entertainment spots around the city. The organizers will also be giving out tickets to the weekend shows in what is set to turn the heat up in the race for the cash prize as well as a Kshs.10million recording deal with Universal Music Group.

Tusker Project Fame is recognized as the largest talent search in Eastern Africa, and UMG has partnered with Tusker in the fifth edition, with Gerrard Foster, the Head of New Business Development for Sub-Saharan Africa for Universal Music Group International being one of the judges.
