91 Year Old Rapist Now Begging To Be Freed After Serving Only 4 Years in Jail. His Reason Is For Wanting His Freedom Will Piss You Off
The nerve of some people! SMH.A 91 year old convicted rapist is now barefacedly begging for freedom after spending 4 years at the Kakamega Prison.
According to sde.co.ke Rasta Otuya was sentenced to 7 years in jail back in 2012 after being found guilty of defiling a 10 year old girl; he was 88 at that time. Otuya disgusted many when he asked for his freedom claiming that he has “no energy to commit crime and is no longer a danger to society” due to his advanced age.

What is worse, he showed ZERO remorse for what he did. “I am an old man and that young girl has made me spend all this years in prison. I need to go home. I am sharing the same facility with my grandchildren. This place is not for me.” he told The Nairobian recently during the African Correctional Day.
His request has been met with irritated comments from Kenyans who simply cannot believe he made such a request after the heinous crime he committed.
Mundue :The old man has no reason to lament prison life. The psychological scars he left behind will be there for life. His jail term should hv been life…wonder why the magistrate was so lenient….ati maisha ya jela siyo ya watu kama yeye…that is a big joke and media should not even give him any coverage…….

KenyaDesiderata: He defiled a child only 3 years ago .. at the ripe old age of 88 when he would ordinarily be expected to be at the high table of elders whom society looks up to. If he could do it then, what’s to stop him from doing it now? 7 years are too few for such a predator .. he should have gotten life in prison or even better, the death sentence!
