Photos: From Celebrities To Crowd At Ebony’s One-Week Memorial Service

The one-week memorial service of the late dancehall act, Priscilla Poku-Kwarteng aka Ebony Reigns came off yesterday.

Sympathizers from music lovers, fans, colleagues, friends and politicians trooped into the event grounds at the St. Martin De Porres School in Accra.

Some went there to pay their condolences to the family as well as grieve and mourn with them.

Others too were there to confirm the unfortunate news for themselves as they still couldn’t bring themselves to believe Reigns is really gone.

Ebony Reigns died in a car accident on Thursday 8th February, 2018.

She was returning from Sunyani to Accra after paying a short visit to her UK-based mother who is in the country for a visit.

The “Maame Hw3′ hitmaker died alongside two others, Franky Kuri and Lance Corporal Francis Atsu Vondee.

According to her management, they will set up an endowment fun and a foundation in her name.

They also made it known at the one-week memorial that they will proceed and release her next album to keep her memory alive.

Her final funeral rites(burial) will be on March 17, 2018 in Accra.
