“I Will Never Feature Kuami Eugene”- Adane Best

Ghanaian highlife musician, Adane Best talks about Kuami Eugene. According to him, Eugene stole lines from his songs without due diligence.

He made these statements in an interview with DJ Premier on his “Entertainment Capital” show. Moreover, he stated that made the Eugene popular ‘Eeeeeee eeeeeee‘ he says in most of his songs was from his song ‘Mama’.

Also, he alleged that the lines “Nana Nyame Kabi mam3” were also from the last line of his ‘Mama’ song.

Furthermore, DJ Premier asked him if he had the intention of  any legal battle to claim damages. Adane Best stated that his goal is not to get money from the rockstar. However, he just wants the right thing done. He added that at least Kuami Eugene should have credited him once he used his lines.

The host asked if he will like to do a collaboration with Kuami Eugene. Adane stated that he is one artist who does not do well with features, and as such has never been featured by anybody.
