Nigeria seems to be the most suitable destination for most East African artistes, and specifically for Kenyan singers.

We have seen many of them do collabos with their West African counterparts, doing remixes and new songs that not only captivate but also enthrall and enchant.

The latest collabo was that between Jaguar and Nigeria’s sensational singer Iyanya. Jaguar flew all the way to Lagos to do a remix of his one centimeter song, which instantly became a hit.

Before then, Sauti Sol had remixed their Sura Yako with the same musician, clearly showing that Nigerian taste of music is steadily gaining a lot of attention in Kenya and East Africa as a whole.

As if that was not enough, the quartet have struck a deal with another sensational Nigerian singer, Kcee and will be releasing a new song any time from now .

A close source revealed to Ghafla that the group of four is doing all things possible to make their music international and this is why they have picked Kcee as the best artiste who will help catapult their music to the international scene.

Kcee, like Sauti Sol in Kenya, is a respected artiste in Nigeria who has done many songs among them his collabo with Davido for the song Ogaranya.

Our source also revealed to us that Sauti Sol’s Delvin will be collaborating with other South African and Nigerian artists to produce new singles.

Sauti Sol were recently in South Africa where they graced the CHOAMVA awards which saw many African artistes congregate in the far end of Africa for the ceremony.

It was in this awards that Tanzania’s Diamond, who himself has collaborated with many Nigerian artistes like Davido, Waje and others to produce sizzling hits, won three awards.
