Let’s take a walk down memory lane, now let’s stop at 16.How were you as a sixteen year old? I was rebellious as most teenagers are and a little entitled but I still had a dream, a dream to make a difference.

And this is what this little lass am about to introduce you (if you have not already heard about her) to wants to do make a difference.

Her name is Erica Njeri  Gachoka and she is and she is Ciku Muiruri offspring .This sixteen year old is the official face and ambassador of the Lengai Foundation that seeks to improve the lives of Kenyans. She is going to run in the 42 Kilometer Chicago marathon, bearing in mind that she is not an athlete to raise money to buy mobile blood units that cost about 50,000 dollars. The mobile blood units aim at making blood donations easier as they will be placed at strategic places in the CBD where willing donors can just donate hustle free!
