Gospel Singer Ambassada Takes a Swipe at Fellow Gospel Singers

Ugandan born Gospel singer Ambassada of the hit ‘Watoto Inkane’ has hit out at Kenyan Gospel singers for turning the Gospel ministry into Gospel industry; a money minting venture. His sentiments coming few weeks after Tanzanian Gospel songtress shared similar opinion.

Speaking on KTN’s “Tukuza” yesterday, Ambassada implored Gospel artists to first of all think about the impact that the music they are making will create to its audience. He advised the artists to make music that will win over souls as opposed to those that will make them laugh all the way to the bank while the society disintegrates.

Sharing his personal experience, Ambassada, reminded artists that money fades as he once had it in abundance when he started out in music at just 19 years but went with the wind thanks to lust for earthly possessions as he quoted Matthew 16:26 which says “And what do you benefit if you gain the whole world but lose your own soul?”

Meanwhile, he has just released a new video which he has dedicated to God. Take a look;
