From Creme to Camp Mulla: Keeping it real about weed!

First Dj Creme, one of Kenya’s premiere DJs spoke to Ghafla frankly about having experimented with some marijuana.

And now Camp Mulla have done a controversial song about thw same subject. But the catch for Camp Mulla is that this isn’t the first time they have done a song addressing the subject. Last time, it was K’Cous who sent the puritans amongst us wild with fury and i came out strongly in their support.

Well, the group have upped the ante and are bound to shock Kenya’s sensibilities. In a recently released teaser, the group are singing in praise of the herb.

Don’t get me wrong, i’m enjoying all this because it is REAL. this is an honest depiction of Kenyan life for youth. However, i feel that a word of caution is in order; too much of a bad thing… Keep your focus and keep us entertained, we here in Africa are not forgiving to our celebz. A situation like what is unravel for Rihanna would be an unfortunate twist.
