Following Public Outcry From Celebrities And K.O.T, Moses Kuria Is In Horrendously Hot Soup After He Apparently Incited Gatundu People To Take Up Arms. Will He Weasel His Way Out Of This One?

Moses Kuria has the uncanny ability to make disparaging remarks and somehow, find his way out of a sticky situation.

Last year, it was the foreskin issue and this time he is in a boiling mess of a situation after he allegedly incited guys in Gatundu to take up arms and slash those opposed to the NYS projects. A statement that was met with unadulterated rants and raves from Kenyan celebrities and the very vocal Kenyans on Twitter.

According to KTN, Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria recorded a statement with the police due to these allegedly unpleasant remarks. Kuria was put through the mill for over three hours by detectives at the Criminal Investigations Department (CID)headquarters but he insisted that he did not egg on anyone to violence. “I believe the truth shall set me free, I believe that justice shall be done”  he said before blaming the media for misinterpreting his comments.

He was released on a cash bail of around 2 Million Kshs but risks being incarcerated as DPP Tobiko moved to court to have Kuria’s bail cancelled
