10 Photos Of The Recce’s Drill At The JKIA That Everyone Is Talking About.

The Recce Squad has received praise, and recognition for their swift response and ability to neutralize terror attacks in the shortest time possible.

 Yesterday the team was at JKIA for a millitary drill that would help in preparedness in the event of a possible attack. They were presented with the following dilemma:A group of Terrorists hijack a flight  set to leave for Malindi on a random morning . The flight has 30 passengers. The terrorists demand for food, refueling facilities and a flight plan to a destination of  their choice.

The GSU Recce team  is summoned, after battling it out  they neutralize the threat, with casualties being evacuated by the Red Cross to various city hospitals. 

All airports under ICAO regulations and standards are obligated to do such drills once every three years to increase their preparedness.
