Churchill Raw’s MC Jessy Lands Lucrative Job With Meru County Government. See What It Is

When the new constitution was promulgated in 2010, celebrities did not realize the goodies in disguise that came with it. In fact nobody knew they could land nice jobs with county governments after they were created in the new constitution.

Four years down the line, celebrities are now tasting the goodies. Ghafla Kenya the other day reported that singer Rufftone has landed a job with Kisumu county government.

He was not the first one though. And not the last one either. Veteran comedian Nyambane (Walter Mong’are) showed them the way when he landed the job with the Kisii County government before Nairobi Governor Dr. Evans Kidero poached him from matokeland.

The latest celebrity to land a job with the Meru county government is the comic, humorous and hilarious MC Jessy.

The Churchill Raw and Hot 96 entertainer has been appointed as the Meru County ambassador. You know what an ambassador does? Well, MC Jessy will be representing Meru County in Kenya, building a good image for the county and marketing its resources beyond it.

MC Jessy has been spotted before with Meru County Governor Peter Munya and he himself shared a photo he took with the governor whom he says paid him a visit at his Meru residence.
