Larry Madowo Sarcastically Mocks The President, Calls His Fellow Journalists Keyboard Ninjas

Dennis Itumbi, Emmanuel Talam, Munyori Buku and Munira Muhammad are all keyboard Ninjas. These are not my words but NTV’s Larry Madowo’s words.

Madowo has made this statement in his Daily Nation column where he has jibed at the president for saying that every Kenyan should ensure self security.

This comes after a series of attacks that have left more than 60 Kenyans dead, the latest being that which occurred last night where 36 Kenyans were brutally murdered by Al-Shabaab insurgents.

Madowo has particularly taken issue with fellow journalists who joined the president’s bandwagon as his communication team and called them keyboard ninjas who are always lying to Kenyans and making everything look like it is the fault of Kenyans that they are insecure.

The president was quoted last week warning Kenyans that they should ensure their own security, and this is why Madowo has sarcastically mocked this statement from Uhuru Kenyatta.

Kenya is no longer a safe country as citizens are killed almost every day and the blame is being directed to the president and his government for failing to tackle insecurity in the country.

Here is Larry’s article: Your security, your business
