A mother of 5 children; Akothe reveals how she rose from poverty to make it in life. She was one a matatu and taxi driver during her hustling life and by her hard work and God’s grace she is now a proud owner of over 15 vehicles comprising of two 27-seater buses, mini-buses and 5 tour land cruiser vans. Her inspirational success story shocked Tanzanian TV which conducted an interview with her late last month.

Akothee even in her success as a Business woman, still felt that she had not done enough to exhaust her talents and abilities in so far as music was concerned, her one true love.
