Standard Digital On the Limelight, For A Poorly Written Article On Vera Sidika.
In the clamor for superiority, the standard digital has thrown it all to the hounds, in a bid to remain relevant in an industry that changes in hours.
I was seated in the office today, gallivanting from site to site in search of a life, Sorry to say i got none, instead, there was a catchy headline on Vera Sidika-Never mind that she is stale news- apparently the photo she took, looking like she had swallowed the moon raised a lot of stampede online, with a plethora of speculations and theories explaining the the spectacle dubbed “The Fall Of Sidika”
Well, do i know what happened to Sidika? No!
So Why would such a huge media house oversee the publication of such a ‘below par’ article? A media house reeking of, and riddled with top-of-the-range editors? What happened to properly written articles?

“One victim has even gone as far as to abandon her social media pages is Vera Sidika” Many have concluded that she is ashamed of her now look prefers to “hid” in the shadows until recent photos of her surfaced”- Poor sentence construction that nevertheless denotes a fallacy of generalization, where they indicate that :Many have already concluded that…” Just how did you prove that everyone shared the notion that Vera was hiding because her ‘bleach-job’ had gone wrong? while on the same line, it would be important to note that the article reads “hid” instead of “hide”this denotes carelessness and the thirst to gain quick hits on a poorly done article.

This screenshot bears the statement, where they wrote “…a turd too far” instead of “…a tad too far” –this, ladies and gentlemen is the third mistake in the same short, poorly written article, done by a company that was ranked as the most viewed website in Kenya? Really?
