Gerald Quits In The Forest??!

Last week the last episode of Season 1 of “In the forest” with Brenda Wairimu had the smallest life span of any other episode with only 4 hours on line before it was pulled because of Brenda’s unavoidable circumstances.

This bad news came one week after the host, Gerald Langiri, flashed his private parts to a shocked Flora Nduta of KTN’s”Lies That Bind”

This week Gerald reviews all the episodes of season 1 together with upcoming actress and newest socialite of the animal kingdom: the one and only Chura Konstantaras aka Chura-K! Everything is going great as the two of them remember the funniest and cruddiest moments of the last 3 months. From 1st of April to 1st of July “In the forest” changed the landscape of Kenyan comedy adding the edge that was missing. It created lots of loyal fans and lots of sworn enemies that confused fact with fiction. Gerald Langiri became the judge Ian of the Kenyan web and Nairobi Ladies got a new sex symbol!

Everything goes fairly well in this episode until Chura-K starts expressing her feelings towards Gerald a bit more clearly. Things get a bit heated when Chura-K declares that she can be a much better host than Gerald while making fun of his extra pounds! Gerald gets offended for the first time and in a diva moment he walks off the show handing it over to Chura-K! Was it a true diva moment or was it a regret in revealing that he slept with the producer of the show in order to get the job at first place? Or it is another of Gerald’s tricks to keep us hanging off the cliff as we are waiting for season 2?
