Khaligraph Jones, Abass Kubaff and Wangechi Take Lethal Shots at Nigeria’s MI…He Fires Back and This is What Happens Next #CokeStudioAfrica

Great musical fusions, outstanding personalities, impeccable talent and resplendent energy; those are but a few words that would be used to describe Coke Studio Africa. For two seasons now, they have come and entertained and awed Africa and definitely things will never be the same again.

Who would have ever seen our very own Fena Gitu coming together with Nigeria’s Olamide to create a mash up of his massive club banger Turn up? Or even thought that Wycliffe Jean would fly all the way from the states just to make a song with one of Kenya’s most talented rappers, Rabbit? Not even that, who knew Saturday nights could be that interesting anyway?

Now that’s the thing with Coke Studio Africa, they are always keen on creating new experiences and creating this world with endless entertainment possibilities and every season in part has brought an even enticing experience.

You can’t simply get enough and you shouldn’t get enough, the premier of Season 3 is here upon us. Greater mash ups, more insights and most interestingly for me, their new segment which is dubbed The Cypher.

Being a Hip Hop head, I’m really looking forward to see the lyrical prowess Africa has to offer. And guess who is in store to perform? Khaligraph Jones, Abass Kubaff and even Wangechi battling with the likes of Nigeria’s MI Abaga….trust me it will be insane!
