Uongozi is a reality TV show on NTV that seeks to give a platform to a new crop of young and visionary leaders in Kenya. And it does this by challenging the values with which we choose our leaders.

Tom Mboya (Deputy CEO Inuka Kenya Trust), John Githongo (CEO Inuka Kenya Trust), Mumbi Kaigwa (actor and producer) and Mueni Lundi (performing artiste).

The show started out with the following contestants from around the country–and even from the diaspora–who have been eliminated over the last 12 episodes: Philippe Sadja, Elizabeth Duya, Enock Gitau, Joram Omondi, Rose Nyasuguta, Keziah Kiseu, James Namuyon, Raymond Ochieng’, Jenipher Chacha, Everlyne Gakinya, Hardlyne Lusui, Herman Muraguri, Zeinab Wario and Eunice Songa.
