Mohamed Ali, John Alan Namu & Others Heading Back To KTN

From late last year and early this year, Kenya’s oldest media house was hit by a massive exodus of top journalists who decamped to rival media houses. However, it seems the man at the helm of the Kenya Television Network (KTN) is keen on restoring the media giant’s old glory.

As such, the management has recalled a host of media personalities that had left the Standard Group’s TV station in a move to strengthen the brand. The celebrated journalists who will be making their way back to the Mombasa Road-based media house include Mohammed Ali (who had moved to NTV barely three months ago), John Allan Namu, Emmanuel Talam, Eric Njoka, veteran News anchor Njoroge Mwaura (who was on retirement) and Cynthia Nyamai who had started her own company, Cynthia Nyamai Communications.

What’s more, KTN has also managed to lure renowned NTV journalists/ anchors Linda Oguttu and Joe Ageyo to its side. We can only expect a better KTN now that all these top journalists are headed there.
