For the first time ever, Gatundu South MP, Moses Kuria, spoke sense and he’s trending first on Twitter this Monday morning. The legislator proposes a constitutional amendment that will see the number of lawmakers trimmed to 200 and the Senate scrapped altogether. Isn’t that good news to taxpayers? I mean the bloated Parliament has increased the wage bill by substantial amount and there is nothing positive to reflect on service delivery especially on the part of the so called MCAs.
