Newly crowned beauty queen got the assurance of the commander in chief that he was in full support her endeavors. The President even put it down in writing just to assert he meant his word.
The 22-year-old Charity Mwangi who is the newly crowned Miss World Kenya, travelled to China last week to take part in Miss World finals.
Charity will have to shake off competition from over 110 beauties in order to claim the Miss World title. The World Final will take place on December 19th 2015 at the Beauty Crown Grand theatre.
But before the beauty queen left Kenya for China, she had a date with President Uhuru. The head of state assured Charity of his unwavering support.
President Uhuru wrote Charity a brief letter wishing her the very best as she headed to China to represent Kenya in the world beauty pageant.
