Kenya’s awards month is here! In April, the schools close down for the kids, the adults have loads of public holidays at their disposal, and the event organisers are not far behind in all this.

The Insyder Magazine and MoSounds entertainment are the two companies which have taken full advantage of this situation. Their flagship events, Chaguo la Teeniez and Groove Awards are consistently jam-packed every year.

Artists fall over themselves with flashy posters to garner votes for these highly coveted prizes.

What has never been clear is which one is the bigger brand between these two heavyweights. Let’s clear this up amongst the Ghafla! community.
