The once A-List Ray C is now opting to date a mkokoteni man than to be in a relationship with any celebrity. But why??

Ray C dated Bongo celeb Lord Eyes who broke her heart into tiny fragments prompting her to seek solace in drugs.

Speaking to ENewz on East Africa TV, Ray C revealed she hasn’t been able to move on with her life ever since Lord Eyes dumped her.

The Tanzanian songbird says she DOESN’T want to date any celebrity or any other famous person for that matter.

Ray C said she prefers dating a mkokoteni man than to be in a relationship with newsmakers. She revealed she hasn’t dated any man ever since Lord Eyes dumped her.

“Kwa sasa bado sina boy friend, now nina marafiki tu kiukweli nafasi hiyo bado maana Lord Eyes aliniumiza sana, nilimpenda sana na ndiyo maana nilifanya alichokuwa akifanya, sikutegemea kama ingekuwa vile, hata kwenye drugs unakutana na rafiki yako anafanya hiki na wewe utataka kufanya ili aone upo naye pamoja, ila kwa sasa mimi na wasanii hapana, ni bora hata nitoke na msukuma mkokoteni ili mradi anipende maana mimi nina mapenzi ya kweli ndiyo maana unaona hata nyimbo zangu nyingi ni za mapenzi” Ray C told ENewz.
