Form two Nakuru boy beheads 4 year old cousin then dumps head in compost pit

A heated quarrel over a piece of sugarcane saw a form two student from Nakuru County behead his cousin.

A shocking incident in Engashura area in Bahati, Nakuru County has left residents wondering which evil spirit possessed a 15-year-old boy that made him behead his 4-year cousin.

The suspect decapitated his cousin following a quarrel over a piece of sugarcane; neighbors who responded to screams of distress from the compound where the incident happened, reported that the boy had cut off the head of his cousin with a machete and dragged the lifeless body into a ditch behind the house.

The boy dashed to Bahati Police Station after murdering his cousin and surrendered; he confessed to killing his cousin.

Confirming the incident, Bahati OCPD Edward Masibo said that the suspect was a drug addict.

“The boy is alleged to be a drug addict and his confession and boldness is not a normal affair. The disagreement over a piece of sugarcane is too petty to warrant the fatal attack. It was a petty cause of contention.” Bahati OCPD was quoted by the media as saying
