Nakumatt Takes its final breath

After a years long struggle, Kenyan supermarket giant Nakumatt has finally signed a merger deal with rival Tuskys.

Namukatt came to Uganda with a bang, opening branches on almost every major shopping mall, however after slow business and various lawsuits from suppliers over non payment, the supermarket closed the last f its branches in Uganda this year.

Now another large supermarket chain Tuskys has finally taken over so we hope that will lead to better service from the latter.
