After Losing His NACADA Job, Mututho Bags A New ‘Job’ At KTN
After only a month in office, John Mututho’s appointment as the chairman of National Authority for Campaign Against Alcohol and Drugs Abuse (Nacada) was retracted.
The circumstances that led to his firing are vague and he was sent home through a gazette notice issued last Friday by Mr Kenyatta.
Speaking to Nation Mututho revealed that his firing was part of reorganizing NACADA adding that “Once the restructuring is done, they will re-gazette my appointment or gazette anybody else but I remain committed to the management of alcohol in this country. In the meantime, I’m waiting to be vetted by Parliament. You can check with Parliament when the vetting is due,” he told the Nation.
