BIDCO Fights Back After Nyakundi Tried Extorting 50 Million Kshs From Them. Drags Notable Tatu City Billionaire In To the Mess

Popular blogger and Twitter bigwig Cyprian Nyakundi cannot seem to catch a break. This year has been pretty bad for him after Safaricom Sued him, BIDCO exposed him as a fraudulent individual and he was forced in to hiding after it emerged that his life was in danger.

Now BIDCO has acquired a court order against Nyakundi and Company which we got hold of.

The court order notably links Taranaki-born investor Stephen Jennings of the Renaissance Capital fame, now called Rendeavour and Cyprian Nyakundi .

Jennings, the founder of Rendeavour, a real estate development company is kind of a big deal in the country’s real estate scene as he is one of the key partners in the Tatu City Company project that has stalled thanks to warring shareholders.

Others sued for defamation include Rendeavour head of corporate affairs, Preston Mendenhall, Artem Gurevich, Aly Khan Satchu an active Investor at the Nairobi Stock Exchange and RG African Land Limited
