The socialite queen debatably has the BEST twin of all women who call the 254 home. Vera gave her breasts a facelift and now they look yummier than ever, even though something is wrong with them.

It was only last year that the bleached socialite reportedly parted with Kes 300,000 to undergo a breast surgery at Karen Hospital.
