Ray-C’s relocation to the 254 last year was initially a great idea in terms of business but health wise,not so much. It is speculated that her move to Kenya led to the escalating of  her drug dependence and pictures of her looking deplorable due to the drug effects soon surfaced online and on Tanzanian newspapers.

The images came as a shock to many who did not know that she had a drug problem and soon rumors started circulating that she had kicked the bucket!The gods were however kind to her and Tanzania’s president came in to save the day by  taking her to rehab.Ray-C is now clean and looking better and with a sweet, sweet ride to boot.

 Born on May 15, 1982 in Iringa Rehema Chalamila popularly known by her stage name Ray C has risen to become one of the most bankable musicians not only in Tanzania but the whole of East Africa, China and the United Kingdom
