DOM, an amazing rap artiste based in Nairobi, Kenya. She started rapping in 2007, where she was involved in various rapping battles and cyphers, waay before she started recording her own music. In December 2014, the sassy lass released her album at Gsky Lounge which was on fleek!
She is back again with another hit single titled ‘Tujuane Tena’, which happens to be her second video, the song is actually a love song, revolves around a relationship that has been hit by reality, honeymoon stagee ended so the couple is now faced with challenges that will either make them stronger or break it off. What striked me about the song is that, it’s a real life situation, we have all faced the relationship turmo8il at some point and wished we could turn back the time and do it different.
The song was recorded in First Class Studios, and has been composed in Taita, Swahili and English. It’s already a hit on local airwaves barely a month since it was released.
