Chinese Company To Allegedly Buy A1 Bakery

A1 Bakery to have new management According to information, one of Ghana’s most established enterprises, A1 Bakery, producers of A1 bread, will soon be acquired by a Chinese company. This is for an amount of five million dollars ($5m).

Moreover, reports suggest that management of the indigenous company concludes negotiations with the Chinese firm in a little while.

However, attempts Godfred Obeng Boateng, owner of A1 Bakery or his partner, Edward Nana Poku (Hammer) for confirmation proved futile.

About A1 Bakery

The bakery commenced operations barely a year ago. Furthermore, they expanded and curved a niche for itself as one of the fastest growing enterprises.

The organization has branches in Accra and Kumasi where it started operations. It employs about six hundred young people who work at its warehouses and factories.
