Colonel Mustafa Releases New Video

Former member of the Deux Vultures and Ogopa DJ recording artiste, Colonel Mustafa has released a new video. The song, Kupe, features Qritiqal and sounds like Jaguar’s Kigeugeu, thanks to the subject matter.

Colonel Mustafa broke into the Kenyan music scene as part of Deux Vultures with Nasty Thomas. With Ogopa DJs, they released their first big hit, Mona Lisa, one of the most popular songs of the early 2000s. Mustafa has previously maintained that Deux Vultures is still a group despite him releasing music on his own since the mid 2000s.

In the song, Colonel Mustapha mostly speaks about backstabbing friends and people who set others up for failure. The song was produced by Ogopa DJs and the clip shot by Ogopa Videos. Check it out below.
