Dethroned Miss World Kenya Puts Up A Spirited Fight Against Ashleys
Former Miss World Kenya 2016 was dethroned by Ashley Kenya following issues with her personal life. Roshanara Ebrahim is down but she’s not out yet.
Ashleys Kenya Limited took away Roshanara Ebrahim’s Miss World Kenya 2016 crown citing breach of code of conduct.
Ebrahim was replaced by first runner up Evelyn Njambi who is a 23-year-old interior design student at Maseno University.
The dethroned Miss World Kenya has since written (through her lawyer) to Terry Mungai, CEO Ashleys Kenya, to protest against her dethronement.
Ms Ebrahim demands an apology from Terry Mungai claiming she didn’t use official channel to dispose her instead she learnt through the media that she had lost her crown.
The former Miss World Kenya further disputed claims that she accepted Ashleys’ dethronement as stated in the announcement about her (Ebrahim) losing her crown.
