Diamond has confirmed that singer Zuchu is expecting his child after sharing her maternity photos on social media.

The Bongo Flava sensation reposted Zuchu’s pregnancy announcement shortly after she shared the images on Instagram on July 30, 2026, effectively confirming widespread speculation that the two artists are expecting their first child together.

Alongside the maternity photos, Diamond shared a brief but heartfelt message:

“New heart beats in the family.”

His post featured the same images Zuchu had earlier uploaded, showing her baby bump alongside ultrasound scans.

In her original post, the award-winning singer captioned the photos:

“Growing Love and Eating for Two, pls be a chubby baby 🤣💕💙.”

Diamond’s repost came just minutes after Zuchu’s announcement, signalling that the couple is preparing to welcome a new addition to their family.

Diamond Platnumz, whose real name is Naseeb Abdul Juma Issack, is one of East Africa’s biggest music stars, with hit songs including Jeje, Inama, Tetema and Kanyaga.
