DJ Dibul & Dorea Chege Face New Cheating Allegations
Popular Mugithi DJ Dickson Ndegwa, widely known as DJ Dibul, and his partner, actress Dorea Chege, are once again at the center of a cheating scandal. The couple, who are often seen as a perfect celebrity pair, are now battling new rumors of infidelity that have recently surfaced online.
The drama began after a blogger’s online Q&A invited followers to share anonymous celebrity gossip. Multiple submissions quickly came in, alleging that DJ Dibul was having affairs despite being engaged to Dorea. One anonymous user even claimed to have had a past relationship with him and hinted at rekindling it. Another message praised his alleged prowess, while others accused him of juggling multiple women.
One post read;
“Please ask for evidence about DJ Dibul. Fear online relationships and marriages; they are not as perfect.” Another was more direct: “I want another session; he should find me.”
DJ Dibul Responds to the Rumors
The speculation prompted a swift response from DJ Dibul, who shared photos of himself with Dorea and their daughter. In a show of unity, he declared;
“Family first, haters last. Through every trial, our love remains strong. Na waambiwe hatuachani [And let them be told we are not separating].” He also added, “I will do anything to protect my family.”
Dorea, however, has not commented publicly on the latest allegations.
A Familiar Pattern
This is not the first time the couple has faced such accusations. Back in May, shortly after their daughter was born, DJ Dibul was accused of seeing other women in his car and in rented Airbnbs. At the time, Dorea brushed off the claims, stating;
“I’m not the one who cheated, so I have nothing to say.” She later reaffirmed her loyalty, declaring, “It’s us against the world until the wheels fall off.”
Despite the constant scrutiny, Dorea has admitted that being in a relationship with another entertainer comes with challenges. She noted that because they are both constantly around people of the opposite sex, they have an agreement not to check each other’s phones.
