Do You Agree With These Reasons as to Why Women Binge Drinking Level Competes With Men

Drinking for ages was considered a man’s thing. Even with our great grandparents and ancestors, the men sat around a fire talking about life while drinking the local brew. The woman was ‘hidden’ somewhere in the house doing house duties and couldn’t sit at the table of men. But that custom died! Not in all Kenyan culture of course, there are those few who still uphold it.

Now the norm is women drink as much as the next man if not more. Is it cause we work as hard as men hence job stress so we end up turning to the bottle? Or is it cause we make our own paper hence our independence we have the right to party as hard as we wish? Our morals have changed, dynamics of the world have also changed? What do you think is the reason we drink gallons and gallons of liquor and party soo hard hung-downs no longer creep on us.
