NTV’s Smriti Vidyarthi got married a few Christmases ago to her dearest Aman, and judging from what went down at the party , Indians really know how to throw a good wedding .

From the snazzy outfits, to the flamboyant colors ,to the lavish venues and to the sumptuous food, it was clear that Indians go all out when it comes to throwing weddings.

Unlike Christian weddings where the ceremony is a one day affair the couple had not one but 4 parties thrown to celebrate the lovebirds.

Day one was the music party.

Day 2 was The Mehndi party an event that goes down before the wedding ceremony and is usually a private family affair attended by only close family and friends. This ceremony is mainly attended by women.
