Yvonne Nelson Reveals The Name Of Her Daughter

Actress and movie producer, Yvonne Nelson has revealed the name of her daughter.

Yvonne gave birth to a baby girl in October last year with her boyfriend Jamie Roberts.

The news of her childbirth came as a surprise to many Ghanaians since she was able to perfectly hide her pregnancy.

Though some bloggers and writers as usual, suspected and even published that Yvonne was pregnant at that time, she came out to deny it.

It wasn’t long before the whole truth came out when Yvonne admitted to giving birth in an interview.

It was later revealed that the father of her baby is one Jamie Roberts-a Brithish Photographer who hails from Wales to be precise.

There has since been so many controversies surrounding the relationship between the two love birds.

There has been no pictures of the baby on neither of the couple’s social media page.

Next was the fact that no one knew the baby’s name as well.

But Yvonne has coyly revealed the name of her baby via Twitter.

She was spotted on two occasions using that name and Ghanaians have been able to crack her puzzle.

In her first tweet, which could possibly be the day of the child’s christening Yvonne Revealed both names as Ryn Roberts.

Upon revealing the name, she prophesied that she will become someone great in future.

“RYN ROBERTS….you’ll be great in JESUS name. Amen”, was her tweet on 29th December, 2017.

Yvonne Nelson Spoilt My Mood With Her Allegation Against Berla-Patapaa Amisty

Actress Yvonne Nelson made entertainment news headlines few days ago when she alleged that TV personality Berla Mundi is dating a married man.

Her comments follows a discussion by the latter and her panelists concerning the actress.

Berla Mundi, with her guests – Sika Osei and MzGee – on the Late Afternoon Show on GHONE discussed Yvonne Nelson.

They touched on Yvonne’s romantic affair with Jamie Roberts and rumors that she snatched him from another woman.

Jamie Roberts is an British Photographer and Yvonne’s baby daddy.

Consequently, they called Yvonne a home breaker and husband snatcher. This, however didn’t go down well with the ‘Heels and Sneakers’ actress.

In her rage, Yvonne took to her twitter handle to make some damning allegations against Berla Mundi.

According to Yvonne, Berla Mundi is dating a married man and so she and her ‘clueless’ guests had no moral rights to talk about her.

She further warned Berla to desist from gossiping about her if she did not want to go into the New Year with ‘rain of curses’.

Her allegations went haywire on social media. This was especially because Berla Mundi has for a long time claimed to be a virgin.

Yvonne’s revelation therefore got many people shocked with others wondering if they could still believe Berla’s claims that she is a virgin.

However, one unexpected comment has been made by ‘One Corner’ hit maker, Patapaa Amisty.

In a post sighted on social media, Patapaa disclosed that Yvonne has broken his heart with her allegation against Berla.

Patapaa, according to the post, revealed that Berla has been his long time crush until Yvonne spoilt his mood with her allegations.

My Trust Was Betrayed In A Heart Breaking Way – Damilola Adegbite

Damilola Adegbite, the ex-wife of Chris Attoh has shared her sentiments. In an Instagram post, Damiloa shared that 2017 was a tough year for her. Also, Damilola stated that she was betrayed in a heart breaking way.

“2017 was a tough year for me. One of the toughest of my life. My trust was betrayed in heart breaking ways and I had to go through some very painful overwhelming changes. But in all this, I am eternally grateful because who I am became crystal clear to me.”

“Most importantly, I became more convinced that there is a higher power ( call it nature, karma, the universe.. I choose “GOD”). A GOD who listens when called on and who fights for the patient and selfless. He gave me some things I thought I really really wanted, to prove to me that there is nothing impossible for him to do, but he took them away again, this time by force, because sometimes, what we want is not necessarily good for us.”

“It’s an uncomfortable process, like a child being weaned, but it signifies growth and advancement. I can’t deny that my scars are still healing, and I’m still a little dizzy from trying to adjust ?but ultimately, I am thankful for the opportunity to have been handed an almost brand new slate and for the courage to accept it. This coming year, if things aren’t going the way you planned, sometimes, you may just have to take some steps back or away and choose to look at things from a different angle.”

Daddy Alert: Stonebwoy And Wife, Dr Louisa, Welcome New Baby?

2017 was undoubtedly filled with blessings for Stonebwoy. Moreover, it seems he has more to celebrate. Appaently, Stonebwoy has great news to share with his fans.

There were several rumours that his wife Louisa was pregnant. This rumor has not been confirmed or denied.

However, Stonebwoy has dropped the biggest hint yet when he posted on Snapchat “I will be extra happy today #Newdaddy” .

He posted the news while in Sierra Leone, where he performed in concert at the Siaka Stevens Stadium on December 30.

Stonebwoy, tied the knot with his wife, Dr Louisa Satekla in June 2017.

High Life Musician Amakye Dede Enstooled Chief In Agogo

Legendary High Life Musician, Amakye Dede has been enstooled Chief at Agogo in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.

Omanhene of Asante Akyem Agogo, Nana Kwame Akuoko Sarpong conferred the honorary title on the musician.

The enstoolement took place yesterday, January 1,2018 with a colorful ceremony.

His stool name is Barima Okyeredom Amakye Dede the 1st.

The title, ‘Okyeredom’ according Agogohene means someone who pulls crowd. He further stated that since the ‘Iron Boy’ crooner is a crowd-puller, hence the title.

According to him, the musician is crowd-puller and exceptional singer whom through his career has won numerous accolades for himself and for Agogo.

Nana Akuoko Sarpong also announced that the conferment is to show the appreciation of the people of Agogo to Amakye Dede for his newly constructed hotel in the town.

Abrantie in his acceptance speech gave the assurance that he will take his new role very seriously and deliver as expected.

“…I want to assure nananom that I will take my responsibility very seriously. And I will do everything to uphold the dignity of this office and I will not let you down in any undertakings that I have to do”, he said.

The ceremony also saw Former Inspector General of Police (IGP) Mr. Kwaku Kyei also enstooled as Obrempon of Agogo for contributing in diverse ways to ensuring the development of the area. His new name is Obrempon Kwaku Kyei.

Born Daniel Abrantie Amakye Dede, is an awards-winning Ghanaian High life musician. He is one of Ghana’s premier high life artists popularly referred to as “Iron Boy”, “the highlife maestro” and “Abrantie” meaning (Gentleman). He was however born in Agogo-Ashanti Akyem on 5th January 1958.

Owns owns a very popular bar in Accra called Abrantie Spot.

There are over 18 albums to his credit. Some of his songs are; “Jealousy Go Shame”, “Handkerchief”, “Seniwa”, “Brebrebe yi”, “Mensuro”, “Mabre”, “Broken Promises”, “Nsuo etc.

 

Boris Kodjoe Arrives In Ghana With Family, Set To Host CAF Awards

Hollywood actor of German and Ghanaian descent, Boris Kodjoe is in Ghana. Boris Kodjoe came with his actress wife, Nicole Ari Parker. and their 3 kids.

Boris will host the 2018 CAF Awards. He would do this while in Ghana. The CAF Awards will take place in Accra on January 4, 2018.
