Moreover, A Plus claimed that she was embroiled in a corrupt deal (Kelni GVG) at her ministry. Therefore, the arrest of Kwesi Nyantatkyi was a distraction from that.
Ursula’s lawyers in the wake of the allegation wrote to A Plus to retract and apologize or face legal action. However, he staunchly refused to do so.
Furthermore, as the June 1st deadline for his apology passed, Ursula has sued A Plus for defamation.
Apparently, she seeks an interlocutory injunction to restrict the tough talking artist from making any further defamatory comments aimed at her person.
