According to the actress, she and her husband choose a girl for their children to marry. However, one of her sons did not agree with her and broke her heart.<\/p>\n<p>She made these statements while at a press briefing for the movie, &#8220;My Very Ghanaian Wedding.&#8221; She stated, \u201cWe were all in London for the wedding but after some time it broke up and then I said well I am happy that it has broken down. My son who lives in New York wanted to marry and usually the father and I will select a Ghanaian woman for all our children but this son said no and he got married to someone from Trinidad &amp; Tobago,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<p>Later on she said she was going to give him a Ghanaian medical doctor, but he went in for another white girl.<\/p>\n<p>These statements are interesting because we thought arranged marriages are a thing of the past.
