He goes on to say that, the despite putting on a brave face in public, the prophecy has gone as far as affecting Shatta’s ‘performance’ in bed.<\/p>\n
Some ‘men of God’ have for sometime now publicly prophesied that the spirit of death is hovering around some public figures. According to these ‘Prophets’ if these public figure fail to do the needful, they would join their ancestors.<\/p>\n
Shatta Wale was however mentioned as one of such people being chased by the spirit of death.<\/p>\n
Maurice Ampaw was airing his views concerning these prophecies on Radio Univers\u2019 mid-morning show, Brunch2Lunch on Tuesday.<\/p>\n
According to him death prophecies put persons in fear and affect their operations, hence, the need to sue.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhen you come out to say Lawyer Ampaw has February to die, do you know the repercussions? You\u2019ve spoilt my day and my month. I can\u2019t satisfy a woman sexually because you\u2019ve killed my libido,\u201d he told host, Abrantepa. \u201cIt takes a free mind to be able to get an erection. You\u2019ve denied me my sexual right.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cAs I speak to you right now, Shatta Wale is not of himself. From the day the prophecy was made, he went to pray; he wept at Ebony\u2019s funeral. Do you know what is affecting him in secrecy?\u201d the \u2018showbiz\u2019 lawyer queried. \u201cAsk Shatta Michy if Shatta Wale is able to perform in bed. His performance has reduced. He is undergoing mental shock and trauma. Although he has openly challenged the prophets, inwardly, he is afraid because nobody is comfortable with death. He can\u2019t sleep.\u201d He revealed.<\/p>\n

It was reported few days ago that a Kasoa-based Prophet, Charles Dady, has prophesied that Shatta Wale will commit suicide out of frustration. Prior to this, Prophet E. K. Mensah of the Christ Vision Prayer Ministry and Prophet Cosmos Walker Afram had also given same prophesies about the ‘Freedom’ hitmaker. It was in response to these Prophesies that Shatta Wale threatened to burn down churches if these prophecies do not come true by December 2018.<\/p>\n
But Lawyer Maurice Ampaw affirms that it is out of place to make such pronouncements in public. According to him, people are unable to live a normal life after being told about a possible demise.<\/p>\n

You enjoy life when you are not under any threat, right?\u00a0 But the moment there is threat and fear, that right to life and enjoyment is curtailed so you can go to the human right court and sue\u2026 It creates some sort of stigmatization on your life. Your businesses can even go down,\u201d he avouched.<\/p>\n
He stated that he’s not against prophesies but advised that; \u201cYou are a prophet. Nobody says do not prophesy; when you get the revelation, call the person.
