However, the family will have governmental support but not a state burial.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, Hon Catherine Afeku added that the government has not promised the bereaved family a state burial. However, arrangements have been put in place by the government to ensure that Ebony Reigns gets a befitting burial.<\/p>\n<h4>Tourism Minister on State Burial of Ebony<\/h4>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cThat\u2019s a misconception. It is a private family issue. We told the family that on behalf of the ministry, we will help give her a befitting burial and that\u2019s exactly what we are doing.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>State burials are at the discretion of the president. That\u2019s not what we promised.
