He was blacklisted over some foul comments he passed about the awards and its Board as punishment.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s only good news to him and his fans to be finally called back to partake in the biggest awards ceremony in Ghana.<\/p>\n<p>That notwithstanding, Wale has never\u00a0 been relentless in his music career.<\/p>\n<p>He never disappointed his fans when it came to music as he kept releasing hit after hit songs.<\/p>\n<h3>He&#8217;s been on top charts continuously for sometime now.<\/h3>\n<p>The &#8220;Taking Over&#8221; hitmaker shared his joy with Kwasi Aboagye on Peace FM\u2019s \u2018Entertainment Review\u2019 over his nominations in the 2018 edition of the VGMA.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cI am happy,\u201d<\/em> he professed!<\/p>\n<p>He confessed how he misses the aura at the auditorium used for the VGMA and his excitement to get back into that mood. Wale was obviously referring to the Accra International Conference Center. This is where the awards ceremony has been taken place over the years.<\/p>\n<p>Shatta Wale in 2013 refused to accept his loss of the \u2018Reggae\/Dancehall Song of the Year\u2019 category to Kaakie.<\/p>\n<p>He has however promised to accept the outcome of this year&#8217;s results-whether he wins or not.<\/p>\n<p>Wale again asked his fans to watch out for him as he&#8217;s going to record a song about the VGMAs and his comeback.<\/p>\n<p>He also stated that he\u2019s going to record a song about the VGMAs and his comeback.<\/p>\n<p>Shatta Wale has 6 nominations including the Artiste of the year at this year&#8217;s VGMAs.
