Mrs. Ayaode is the Chief Executive Officer of Chatterhouse, organizers of Ghana&#8217;s biggest musicians awards event.<\/p>\n<p>She was speaking at the\u00a0 nominees&#8217; party of 2018 edition of Ghana music awards. The party came off on Saturday night at the Movenpick Hotel\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Ayaode&#8217;s comments follows many confrontations by artistes towards the awards board.<\/p>\n<p>Organizers of the awards event and the VGMA board have been receiving lots of backlashes from artistes for years now.<\/p>\n<p>There are some artistes who get angry for being absent in the nominees list despite their handwork. However, this seems to happen almost every year.<\/p>\n<p>Hence, they tend to &#8216;attack&#8217; the board especially with their comments as ghaflagh.com has noted.<\/p>\n<p>According to her, they will welcome every criticism in good faith. But they will seek legal redress if they feel their rights have been trampled upon.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Theresa Ayoade advised that, musicians can be upset in case they feel their expectations are not met.<\/p>\n<p>That notwithstanding, she is pleading with them to pour out their grievances in a civilized manner.<\/p>\n<p>She noted that musicians can be upset or angry in case their expectations are not met.
