Moreover, he stated that Ghanaians can say goodbye to dumsor officially. This is because it would never happen again under the NPP\u2019s watch.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, Agyarko said the problem was never about capacity but about money to fuel plants.<\/p>\n
He said Ghana has always had the capacity. However, the only reason the NDC failed was because they mismanaged funds to be used for energy purposes.<\/p>\n
\u201cI have always said that dumsor was not a technical problem. It was as a result of financial mismanagement.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
For example if you have a car and you park that car because you don\u2019t have money to fuel it. When someone dashes you money or gives you a loan and you go and buy a brand new car what are you implying? You have to use the money to buy fuel but if you go and buy a car it means you don\u2019t know the problem.<\/em><\/p>\n
