However, if you&#8217;re one of the lucky ones, you went though puberty with a spotless face.<\/p>\n<p>There are several causes of acne. However in this article, we are highlighting the foods you can eat to help prevent acne. These acids help reduce inflammation in our bodies that can trigger cells to clog pores and potentially cause acne.
