\u2018Angela\u2019 is a big song in the country. However, Kuami Eugene faced hustles before recording the song.<\/p>\n
Originally, the song was to have a feature. However, it was impossible.<\/p>\n
Richie Mensah, boss of Lynx Entertainment explained the reasons for it.<\/p>\n
He explained on Zylofon FM. Moreover, he disclosed that three top Ghanaian artistes were contacted to feature on the song. However, they all said no to the request.<\/p>\n
According to him, the musicians were reluctant in working with Kuami Eugene. This is because he had not shown Ghanaians his talent. Richie added that he understood the musicians for declining their feature at the time they needed them for the song.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, he said things have changed after the song became a monster hit following its release.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhen we were trying to make the boys, did you see anyone helping us? Why do you think that their songs don\u2019t have features? When we were releasing Angela last year, I can mention three big artistes we tried to get on it but all turned it down.<\/em><\/p>\n
